More Restaurants

San Antonio has many restaurants that are not Tex-Mex or Texas barbecue. Another great place to eat that is different from many of the other restaurants here is Cheesy Jane's. This is a restaurant on Broadway that serves great burgers, fries, and milkshakes. I recently went to Cheesy Jane's for the birthday of a friend because it is his favorite restaurant in San Antonio. The milkshakes in particular are a good reason to go.

Another good place to get burgers in San Antonio is Tycoon Flatts. This restaurant not only serves great food but is also sometimes a host to the functions of Trinity students.An example of such an event would be small concerts because there is live music there. Trinity students love Flatts because of its proximity to campus (it is only a short walk away) and because it takes tigerbucks. Flatts is known for its great burgers, one of which is a half-pound burger.

It is not hard to find great burgers in San Antonio. These two restaurants are favorites of Trinity students because they are close by and fairly inexpensive. Of course, if neither of these places are what you are in the mood for, there is always Whataburger.
