Breakfast Tacos

The Taco Taco sign

Any Trinity student will tell you, you might get tried of Coates pizza and you might get sick of Mabee pasta if you eat too much of it, but you will never get tired of breakfast tacos. Before I came to San Antonio I had never really eaten a breakfast taco. Now I eat them every day. My personal favorite is a chorizo taco with bacon and cheese. And breakfast tacos are not just served at the Trinity dining halls; they are also served at restaurants in San Antonio. The best place to get a breakfast taco off campus, in my opinion and in the opinions of most of my classmates, is at Taco Taco. Taco Taco is a short distance from campus and serves great tacos as well as other delicious food. Another reason to go to Taco Taco, besides the great food, is that it is pretty inexpensive, which is great for a college student.

If you like breakfast tacos at Trinity then you will definitely like them at Taco Taco. It is a popular restaurant not just with Trinity students but with everyone from San Antonio. Although considering our close proximity to the restaurant, we probably make up a high percentage of its customers. It is so popular in fact that the line to be seated is often out the door, although the wait is never very long and always worth it.
